The Institute for Computational Design and Construction at University of Stuttgart, invites applications for the following open position:

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: DOCTORAL or POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER (E13 TVL)

The responsibilities of the position include conducting research on "Agent-based Methods for Fabrication-oriented Design of Adaptive Modular Concrete Construction as part of the DFG-funded Priority Programme “Adaptive Modular Construction Systems using Flow Production Methods – Rapid Precision Construction of Tomorrow” (SPP 2187), teaching master-level design studios and seminars in topics related to the research and participating in the further development of the institute’s laboratories.

Candidates are required to have an advanced architectural, technical or computer science degree (Doctoral Researchers) or PhD (Postdoctoral Researchers). Previous experience in at least one of the aforementioned research areas is expected, as well as a high level of commitment and dedication. Very good English skills are essential.
